This is Yuriko, the owner sommelier!

  • Born in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture. I love Italy and wine.

    Worked for an airline company for many years and boarded international flights as a cabin attendant. While visiting various parts of the world, he was fascinated by Italian food culture and started attending a cooking class in Naples every year.

    Acquired sommelier qualification while working as a flight attendant, participated in the planning of first-class in-flight meals, the creation of a hospitality manual for cabin attendants, and human resource development.

    Founded "Casa Valeria Kagurazaka" as a culmination of those careers. I would like to cherish the relationship with our customers and deliver happy times like flying in the sky with "Italian in the sky". English and Italian are available.

    Bishamonten's "heaven" and I worked close to the sky, so I named it "Tenku no Italian" by connecting "sky".
